You have two possibilities:

1. Organize your trip by yourself,

2. Entrust to Cybelle Planète the care of booking your plane or train tickets.

In any case, we recommend that you book your tickets between 6 and 3 months before your departure.

To help you, we put at your disposal a table on the indicative prices of airline tickets.

More economical, but not necessarily simpler.

As soon as the project has confirmed your registrationn, Cybelle Planète will give you access to a document with all the useful information: exact address of the project, meeting place, how to get there: by plane, train, bus ...

With this information, make your reservations freely according to the means of transport chosen. Just give us information about your tickets at least two weeks before your departure to enable the project to welcome you as it should be!

Better coordination between the flight and the project

Cybelle Planète ensures that your dates and flight schedules coincide well with the constraints of arrival and departure times of missions, so the host project can organize your arrival in advance.

Our experience allows us to choose for you relevant routes, consistent with the constraints imposed by the projects and your travel choices, fares, the airline ... All flight bookings will be in economy class, also more environmentally friendly.

Flexibility

Do you want to visit the country before or after your mission? Simply indicate the desired dates of travel and Cybelle Planète will take into account the information you have provided.

Coordination with other ecovolunteers

As far as possible, Cybelle Planète will simultaneously make all the reservations of the ecovolunteers leaving at the same time for the same mission.

Departure city

Do you want to leave a city other than Paris? Indicate it, and Cybelle Planète will look for the best flight from the city of your choice (Attention: only French cities or major European cities).
