Testimony of Lucie for the Wildlife Monitoring Mission, South Africa

14 days of mission in November 2018

My participation

The missions are GPS tracking of animals, and counts of animals (wild dogs, lions, vultures, etc.).
We must also note if some animals have problems, if there is a change in behavior.
In the morning, departure to 4h30, return to camp to 10h. In the afternoon, we left between 15h30 and 16h30 depending on the heat, and back to camp between 19h and 20h.

My expectations

Beautiful Park (Hluhluwe), the monos very nice, a very nice experience

My advice

Beware, it's very cold in the morning! Make the onion, and take enough to remove the thickness as the day.
The weather changes very quickly, take raincoats (impers pants too)
